ED Officials Reach Arvind Kejriwal's Home To Issue 10th Summons, AAP Says 'Raid' Ploy To Arrest Delhi CM

An Enforcement Directorate team has reached the house of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's house to question him and issue the 10th summons in the liquor policy case.

An Enforcement Directorate team has reached the house of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's house to question him in the liquor policy case. The Central agency's move comes after the Delhi High Court refused to grant CM Kejriwal protection from arrest. on Thursday. The court said: "We are not inclined to grant interim relief." Earlier, BRS leader K Kavitha was arrested in the case.

According to sources, the ED team was at his house to conduct a search operation and issue the 10th summons. Immediately after the ED's move, Kejriwal approached the Supreme Court and urged for an urgent hearing. Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said the ED was conducting a "raid" at the home of the Delhi CM and there was a plan to arrest him. "Kejriwal's phone is unreachable and no one is being allowed to contact him," he said.

AAP spokesperson Jasmine Shah told ABP News that the road in front of Kejriwal's home has been blocked.

The court also asked for the ED's response on the fresh interim relief plea by April 22.

AAP has been repeatedly saying that the ED's actions of visits to Kejriwal's home and issuing summons were only a ploy to arrest him ahead of the Lok Sabha election 2024.

ED Team, Cops  At Kejriwal's House

Delhi Minister Gopal Rai said: "Modi ji's desperation to arrest Kejriwal at any cost shows that Modi is afraid of Kejriwal. But you can arrest Arvind Kejriwal, not his ideas.
