Mumbai's Ryan Global School Gets Bomb Threat, Police Conduct Search In Jogeshwari-Oshiwara Area

A school in Mumbai has received a bomb threat again. The threat was issued to Ryan Global School in Andheri's Jogeshwari-Oshiwara area of Mumbai. Local police and bomb squad personnel jumped into action and conducted a thorough search of the premises, Mumbai Police said.

Last year in January, Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai had received a bomb threat. Later from July, several hospitals, the Mumbai airport, several flights, and even the RBI headquarters were sent bomb threats via email.

So far, nothing suspicious has been found at Ryan Global School, Mumbai. But police are continuing their search. The threat was reportedly sent by a gang identifying itself as 'Afzal Gang'.

Earlier in December, Ryan International School in Delhi was targeted with bomb threats over email. It was among the several other schools which got bomb threats.
