Maharashtra CM Fadnavis, Wife Amruta Take Holy Dip At Prayagraj's Mahakumbh — WATCH
During the Mahakumbh visit, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis praised the arrangements, noting that Mahakumbh has attracted a record number of devotees.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis accompanied by his family members took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam during Mahakumbh in Prayagraj on Friday. A video posted by news agency ANI on X shows CM Fadnavis taking a holy dip at Sangam along with his wife Amruta and daughter Divija.

Expressing joy over his visit, Fadnavis told ANI, "I am very happy that I could attend Mahakumbh with my family today. I congratulate Yogi ji for the wonderful arrangements made here. Every person visiting Mahakumbh is happy. A new record is being made with the number of devotees visiting here. The world is surprised to see the management of Mahakumbh and the number of people visiting here."

CM Fadnavis' wife, Amruta Fadnavis also said, " We are very happy that we are among the 50 crore people who have taken this holy dip of devotion during Mahakumbh. I want to thank Yogi ji. We are making efforts that the next Kumbh in Nashik is also grand and has good arrangements."

President Droupadi Murmu At Triveni Sangam
Previously, on February 10, President Droupadi Murmu took a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam during the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj and also offered prayers.
After taking the holy dip in Sangam, President Murmu visited Akshayvat and Bade Hanuman Temple. Akshayvat is considered a symbol of immortality in Sanatan culture and its importance is also described in ancient texts. After this, she also visited Bade Hanuman Temple which is a major center of faith for the devotees.
