Drunk Man Arrested For Driving SUV On Railway Track In Jaipur To Shoot Reel: WATCH

The man got stuck with his car on the railway tracks as a goods train approached him. However, he was saved after the loco pilot applied brakes in time.

Jaipur news: A man was on Monday arrested for taking his SUV on to a railway track in Rajasthan's Jaipur. The man, who is said to be drunk at the time of the incident, drove his Mahindra Thar on the railway tracks to shoot a reel for his social media account.

Shortly after, a good train approached his way and since he was allegedly drunk, he was unable to take his car off the tracks. The SUV got stuck between the railway tracks.

However, the loco pilot saw the car in time and was able to stop the train, averting a major accident from happening. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.

Thereafter, some people who had gathered at the spot helped the man remove his car from the tracks and after 15 minutes of work the SUV was taken off the tracks.

Following this, the driver quickly reversed the car to get it on the road and fled the spot. He also hit two-three people while on his way towards Mundia Ramsar.

In a video going viral on social media, the man can be seen trying to remove the vehicle from the railway tracks with some people and police officials standing next to the car.

After the local police were informed about the incident, they reached the spot for inspection and then chased the car. The man was arrested and his car was also seized.

In September this year, a man and his wife and three-year-old son died after being hit by a passenger train in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimput Kheri. The family was recording a video for reels on the railway tracks when the fateful incident took place.
