Delhi CM's Bungalow In Controversy
The renovation of CM's Bungalow has been a sensitive topic in Delhi. The BJP made it an election plank when a CAG report alleged that former CM Kejriwal had renovated his bungalow using public funds worth Rs 33 crore. The BJP dubbed it "sheesh mahal".
The issue became a major pain point for the Aam Aadmi Party, which eventually lost the elections. Arvind Kejriwal himself lost the polls in the New Delhi constituency.
