Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Attends BJP Minority Morcha's Iftar: 'Shared Message Of Harmony, Unity'
This marks the second Iftar event attended by the BJP leaders following the party came into power in Delhi after ending the decade-long power of the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in an Iftar event hosted by Delhi BJP's Minority Morcha at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, emphasising that such an event strengthens "unity and harmony" in the society.
Union Minister of Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju, along with other BJP leaders, were also part of the programme. "Got the opportunity to share the message of harmony and unity with all the brothers and sisters in the 'Dawat-e-Iftar' program organised by BJP Minority Morcha (Delhi State). Our culture is a symbol of mutual respect, love, and harmony, and such programs further strengthen unity and harmony in society," Rekha Gupta said in a post on social media platform X.

This marks the second Iftar event attended by the BJP leaders following the party came into power in Delhi after ending the decade-long power of the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP in the Assembly elections held last month.
Previously, Chief Minister Gupta, Rijiju, and other leaders of the BJP participated in the Iftar hosted by the Delhi Haj Committee on Saturday.
In a post on X, Rijiju also said, "An evening of togetherness in the spirit of Ramzan. Attended the Dawat-e-Iftar at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi, on the invitation of Delhi BJP Minority Morcha President Anish Abbasi. Fasting And Prayers For Mutual Brotherhood And Nation's Prosperity
On this occasion, Union Minister for Minority Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju, National President of the Minority Morcha Jamal Siddiqui, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Minister Ashish Sood, Uttar Pradesh Minister Danish Azad, international Kho-Kho player Nasreen Sheikh, Delhi BJP General Secretary Vishnu Mittal, former Union Minister Shahnawaz, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, former Vice Chairman of the National Commission for Minorities Atif Rashid, Delhi Minority Morcha in-charge Qari Mohammad Haroon, Delhi BJP Minority Morcha officials Irfan Salmani, Nasir Raza, Imtiaz Ahmed, Zulfikar, As Mohammad Malik, Iqrar Qureshi, Mustafa Siddiqui, along with several other leaders and distinguished guests, were present.
Delhi Minority Morcha President Anees Abbasi stated that the holy month of Ramadan is a time of worship, during which the Muslim community observes fasting and prays for mutual brotherhood and the prosperity of the nation.
He added that with this spirit in mind, the Roza Iftar program was organised today so that everyone could come together to pray for the development of Delhi and contribute to realising the vision of the Prime Minister.
