Delhi: 1 Killed As Two Cars Collide Near Bhikaji Cama Place
Two cars collided on a flyover in Delhi, resulting in the death of one driver. The other driver fled the scene and is absconding. Preliminary investigations indicate no other passengers were involved.

In a matter which raises road safety concern in Delhi, two cars collided with each other at the flyover near Bhikaji Cama Place. The collision happened in the Safdarjung Enclave area of South West Delhi.

As per the information, the driver of one of the cars died when it collided with another car. The driver of the other car fled the scene and is absconding, according to Delhi Police. Preliminary investigation so far has revealed that apart from the drivers, no other person was in both the cars.
The Delhi Police, as quoted by news agency ANI, said, "The driver of a car died when it collided with another car on the road in the Safdarjung Enclave area of South West Delhi. The driver of the other car is absconding. The matter is being investigated. According to the investigation so far, there was no one other than the drivers in both the cars."

Earlier, in December 2024, a young man was in critical condition after a speeding car hit him while he was crossing the road in West Delhi's Punjabi Bagh.
In November 2024 also, a bike rider was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Wazirpur flyover in Delhi. The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene after hitting the biker. However, it was later identified by the police officials.
