Buying Home In This UP City To Get Super Expensive As Circle Rates Revised After 10 Years

Lucknow Circle Rate News: The draft for increasing circle rates in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, has been released. Under this, the circle rate in Lucknow will increase by up to 25 per cent. While in rural areas, an increase of up to 15 per cent has been proposed for agricultural land. Along with this, rates for roadside and newly developed colonies have been proposed separately in the new category. This change in circle rates will be made in Lucknow after ten years.
Giving information about this, District Magistrate Vishakh said that this increase in circle rates has been proposed keeping in mind the market value. The Lucknow administration has sought claims and objections from the public in this regard. People have been given a deadline of July 17 to register their objections. After the new circle rate is implemented, buying land or a house in Lucknow will become expensive.
Lucknow Circle Rates Increased After Ten Years
Earlier, circle rates were increased in Lucknow in the year 2015. After which, townships were developed on a large scale around the Outer Ring Road, Kisan Path, Emaar, One World, Agra Expressway. Along with this, many luxury townships have also been developed in Mohanlalganj, Sarojini Nagar. The new draft regarding circle rates will be implemented from August 1.
After the increase in circle rates in Lucknow, buying residential, commercial and agricultural land here will become 25-50 per cent more expensive. While in some special posh areas like Indira Nagar and Gomti Nagar, the rates per square meter will double. The highest rates in Gomti Nagar will be up to Rs 77,000, while in Indira Nagar, rates of Rs 35,000 to 62,000 have been proposed.
The DM, while giving information about this, said that the information about the proposed circle rates has been made available at the offices of the Assistant Inspector General of Registration First, Second and all Sub-Registrars.
