Another Man Shot Dead Outside His Residence By 3 Gunmen In Patna, Manhunt On
Another man was shot dead outside his residence in Bihar's Patna on Monday, July 21. An investigation and manhunt for the three accused gunmen are underway.

With shooting incidents on the rise in Bihar, another man on Monday was shot dead by three gunmen in Patna's Dulhin Bazar locality. The deceased, identified as Aditya alias Guddu, was shot outside his residence in broad daylight.
"The incident took place in the Sadavah area under the jurisdiction of Dulhin Bazar police station," Patna City Superintendent of Police (SP), West, Bhanu Pratap Singh told news agency PTI.
SP Singh said that the reason behind the incident appears to be a land dispute. He said that police personnel reached the spot shortly after receiving information that a person was shot outside his residence. The victim was taken to the nearest hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.
The body has been sent for the post-mortem examination, and an investigation has been initiated. Police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused, the police officer told PTI.
Chandan Mishra Hospital Murder
The incident comes a few days after a man, who was a murder convict, was shot dead inside a private hospital in Patna. Gangster Chandan Mishra, a resident of Buxar district, was out on parole. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment, where he was shot dead on July 17.
The Bihar Police on Saturday arrested Tauseef, the prime accused, his cousin Nishu Khan, and their two associates Harsh and Bhim, in a joint operation with Kolkata Police and Kolkata Special Task Force (STF).
"All four arrested have been brought here from Kolkata on transit remand. Formalities are being completed to produce them before a court here to seek their police remand," Patna SSP Kartikeya K Sharma told PTI.
A CCTV footage from the hospital later went viral on social media. It showed five armed men entering the ICU of the hospital and opening fire at Mishra. Police said Tauseef was identified from the CCTV footage.
Tauseef was wanted in several criminal cases, and also booked in the Arms Act and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Nishu was also wanted by the police in cases related to the Arms Act.
