According to a report by Indian Express, police said on Wednesday that Lalit, claiming to be a CBI Sub-Inspector, presented a photo of a CBI ID card on his mobile phone when a police patrol team stopped his car near Shadley Public School in Subhash Nagar, Rajouri Garden.
Aspirant Uses Mobile App To Forge ID Card
A senior police officer revealed that Lalit had travelled to Delhi with four friends to celebrate his alleged promotion in the CBI. To impress his friends and relatives back home, he used a mobile app to forge an ID card and a promotion list.
