His decisions have impacted lives and industries far beyond financial metrics. His legacy will inspire future generations of Indians to pursue success with integrity. India and India Inc have lost a true visionary,” said Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group.

Rishad Premji, the chairman of Wipro, called Ratan Tata an “extraordinary man.” “Mr Tata’s loss will be deeply felt. Go well, Mr Tata,” he wrote in his post.

Ratan Naval Tata, who passed away at a Mumbai hospital on Wednesday night at 86, was regarded as one of the world's most influential industrialists. He held a unique status as a corporate titan, and he was celebrated for his decency and integrity.
