If you have a PF account and are facing problems withdrawing money, there is no need to worry. You can resolve your problem through WhatsApp. The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has set up a WhatsApp helpline service to address member grievances. 

EPFO had started this WhatsApp helpline service for the convenience of its subscribers and it is now providing the service in all its 138 local offices. Through this helpline, PF account holders can communicate their problems by talking directly to the regional offices of the EPFO. EPFO provides prompt redressal of account holders' grievances.

The EPFO also uses other platforms for the redressal of grievances. This includes online service, phone calls, social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and a 24-hour call center.
