DAM Capital Advisors is scheduled to finalise the allotment of its initial public offering (IPO) on December 24, 2024. The company’s maiden issue worth Rs 840.25 crore received a bumper response from investors.

Now, individuals who placed their bids for the issue will be able to check the final status of their application on Tuesday. The issue received 81.88 times subscriptions from investors as they placed bids for 170 crore shares, against the availability of 2.08 crore shares. 

This demand was driven by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) and non-institutional investors (NIIs), with the retail investors subscribing to their quota 26.80 times. The issue was priced in the range of Rs 269 to Rs 283 per share. 

Investors can verify the final allotment status of their applications on the website of the registrar or the stock exchanges.

• Go to the official website of the registrar - https://linkintime.co.in/initial_offer/
• Select the firm from the dropdown menu.
• You can verify the allotment status by submitting details such as PAN card, DP client ID, or application number.
• Click the Submit option and now you can view the allotment status in the window.

• Click on the website of the BSE - https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

• Select Equity and then share the company name in the ‘Issue Name’ option.

• Provide the PAN number or Application details and click on Submit to check the application status.

• Visit the NSE website at https://www.nseindia.com/products/dynaContent/equities/ipos/ipo_login.jsp

• Enter your details or Sign Up if you are a new user and click Submit.

• Select ‘DAM Capital Advisors’ here and fill in your details like the IPO Application number.

• Click on Submit and you can check the final status of your bid.
