The final allotment for Mamata Machinery’s initial public offering (IPO) will be done on December 24, 2024. Investors who applied for the maiden offer will be able to find out the final status of their application on Tuesday.

The issue worth Rs 179.38 crore received 194.95 times the subscription by the final day of the bidding window on December 23, 2024. The demand was majorly driven by qualified institutional buyers and non-institutional investors. Retail investors subscribed 138.08 times their reserved portion.

The IPO was priced in the range of Rs 230-243 apiece. Investors can check the allotment status of the issue on the official website of the registrar, Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, or the website of the exchanges, NSE and BSE.

The final debut of the shares of Mamata Machinery in the stock market is scheduled for December 27, 2024. The company’s unlisted shares were trading at a grey market premium of around 107 per cent, against the issue price. This indicated optimism among investors about the IPO’s debut in the official stock market.

Set up in 1979, the company deals in manufacturing and exporting plastic bags, pouch-making machines, packaging machines, and extrusion equipment.
