Toyota Innova Crysta Gets More Features To Rival XUV700, Limited Edition Launched

The Toyota Innova Crysta Limited Edition has launched its limited edition with more features.

The Innova Crysta has been one of the most popular models from Toyota and continues to sell in high numbers month on month. Recently the Innova Crysta received an update to spruce up its exteriors and interiors but now Toyota has again launched a limited edition with a lot more features. This limited edition is not available for long with small numbers being made while some of the features do enhance the luxury quotient of the Innova. First of all, let us check what all changed with the Innova facelift which was launched some time back. Aside from styling changes including new headlamps, grille and diamond-cut alloys, there is now smartphone connectivity, 7 airbags along with cruise control, eco and power drive modes etc.

New to the Limited Edition Innova Crysta is the addition of equipment like a 360-degree camera view which will make parking this big car easier along with a heads up display, tyre pressure monitoring system, wireless charging, 16 colour door edge lighting and an air ionizer. The wireless charging is for the second row for convenience. The engine options stay the same with a 2.7 litre petrol and a 2.4 litre diesel unit with manual/automatic options available with both.

This special edition is based on the mid-spec trim and enhances the value for money quotient. Prices start at roughly Rs 17.18 lakh for petrol and Rs 18.99 lakh for diesel. This is in response to newer competition in this space with the entry of a lot of new products like the Hyundai Alcazar and Mahindra XUV700. It must be noted that there is no direct competition as such for the Innova with the Carnival being priced higher.
