The XUV 3XO will also get two turbo petrol engines while the top-spec 1.2l turbo with 130hp will come with a torque converter automatic
Mahindra is readying its XUV 3XO subcompact SUV and it will carry forward the engines available in the XUV300 while that includes a 1.5l diesel engine. The XUV 3XO will also get two turbo petrol engines while the top-spec 1.2l turbo with 130hp will come with a torque converter automatic.
The diesel would be a 117hp 1.5l unit and revealed by Mahindra, the mileage of that engine would be 20.1 kmpl. Recently Mahindra has revealed the 0-60 km/h time and the efficiency while the 0-60 km/h time of 4.5 seconds is of the more powerful turbo petrol, the efficiency is of the diesel.
There would be drive modes on offer too like the bigger Mahindra SUVs as well although it will get two and not three of them. The mileage of 20.1 kmpl is an ARAI figure where in comparison, the Nexon diesel has an ARAI figure of 24kmpl. The Nexon and the XUV 3XO are not the only ones to have a diesel as both Hyundai as well as Kia offer a diesel too with the Venue plus the Sonet.
