Hyundai Creta Electric- Top 5 Features Which Standard ICE Creta Does Not Get

Compared to the standard Creta, there are quite a few changes especially in the design as well as on the features front.

Hyundai revealed the features list of the Creta electric today and also the interior of the electric SUV. Compared to the standard Creta, there are quite a few changes especially in the design as well as on the features front. As you can see, the EV version of the Creta gets a new steering wheel too which is the biggest design change inside.

The Creta electric will come with a 51.4 kWh battery pack (long-range) with 473 km range and a 42 kWh battery pack with 390 km of range. Power figures for the 51.4 kWh battery pack version is 171PS and for the 42 kWh battery pack variant is 135PS. With a DC fast charger you can charge the car from 10 percent- 80 percent in 58 minutes. It also has OTA updates, a 11 kW smart connected wall box charger (AC Home Charging) plus paying for charging via the car infotainment system.

1. Creta electric has a digital key where you can lock or unlock using your smartphone.

2. Creta electric has V2L or Vehicle-to-Load where you can charge external gadgets.

3. The car also offers  ADAS Linked regenerative braking system where you use regen braking to maximize the range on offer

4. The Creta electric has a new Shift-by-wire system with the gear selector being relocated to the column stalk

5. While the ICE Creta also has dual zone climate control, the Creta electric has touch type Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control with driver-only mode.
 
Prices for the Creta electric would be out on the 17th of this month while the unveiling would be at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo.
