Those selling and buying non-green crackers should have been penalised: Bhavreen Kandhari

Bhavreen Kandhari was speaking to media when she spoke on air pollution. She said that we need to be aware of the facts and need to act in time and not on nick of time. She said that when the green crackers are allowed then how come other type of crackers were sold in the market. "Why weren't they penalised? Those who are selling them and those who are buying them should have paid fines for their deeds and then it could have been under control," she added
