Residents of Mumbai on Congress' minimum income guarantee scheme

ABP News talked to the residents of Mumbai on what they have to say on Rahul Gandhi's minimum income guarantee scheme. Most of them said that this is another tactics of Congress party to woo the voters. It has nothing to do for the welfare of people. They ask, from where will Congress get money for the scheme?
Gandhi said 20-per cent families in the 'poorest of the poor' category would be given Rs 72,000 each annually as a minimum income, a big poll promise described him as a "groundbreaking" measure to end poverty. Watch video for more.
