Police violates traffic rules in Delhi NCR| Namaste Bharat

Where a common man has to pay hefty fine for not following traffic rules as per new Motor Vehicle Act, Delhi police officials were captured on camera while flouting rules. Many of them did not wear helmets during their travel. On the other hand in Patna, 800 cars of municipal corporation are being used without number plates. The most shocking part of it is that no challan is deducted for these cars going against traffic rules.
