OPD services crippled as Delhi doctors go on strike to express solidarity with protesting medicos

Showing their solidarity with the doctors protesting in West Bengal, the India Medical Association has declared "All India Protest Day" on Friday after two doctors were attacked and seriously injured at the NRS Medical College and Hospital by a mob following the death of a patient. In the national capital Delhi, healthcare services at private and government hospitals are likely to be affected today with scores of doctors deciding to boycott work for a day.
