Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the BJP on Wednesday and said goodbye to the Congress party, ending his 18-year-old ties with it. With this move the Scindia scion has reunited with his other family members who are BJP loyalists. Jyotiraditya's aunt Yashodhara Raje Scindia said that with him joining the BJP, the family distance will be reduced. Saying this, she recalled Vijaya Raje Scindia on this occasion and her contribution to the party.
