Manoj Tiwari: Take out speech of Cong & BJP leaders and decide who spread hate

Speaking to ABP News, BJP Delhi unit chief Manoj Tiwari said, "The people who instigated Delhi's violence are themselves playing politics over the matter. The speeches of Congress leaders and BJP leaders should be taken out and the court should take decision that whose speech is hate speech." 

Punishment should be given to those who had spread hatred in the society which led to Delhi riots, he added.
