Lockdown initiated keeping safety in mind: Captain Amarinder Singh

''We had to take precautions becaause of a lot of people entered Punjab in the past one week. Since, if a person has symptoms, he or she can be contained inside the house but if person is traveling, it will spread to others well'', Captain Amarinder Singh tells ABP News.
Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has ordered complete lockdown in the state, in wake of coronavirus, announced  Public Relations (PR) Senior Official of Punjab Government. Earlier, Rajasthan government also ordered complete lockdown of the state till March 31st.
