Lockdown 4.0 to be imposed in new form with new rules: PM Modi

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation and declared that lockdown 4.0 will be imposed from May 18 in brand new form and with new rules. He began his address at 8 pm on Tuesday and spoke about the new guidelines which will define lockdown 4.0. Apart from this, he gave a huge economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore for India in order to surge ahead even during Coronavirus outbreak.
