Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has consistently appeared requesting the Central Government for the arrangement of oxygen. At the same time, Amit Malviya, the National In-charge of the IT department of BJP, has said " funds were provided by the central government to build 8 oxygen plants which was used by Arvind Kejriwal to spend on party advertisements instead of using it for Delhiites."
