Why does Congress always surrender to China, asks JP Nadda

Ahead of Rahul Gandhi's press conference which is scheduled to be held today at the congress headquarter, JP Nadda has raised few questions. He has asked that 'why does the congress always surrender to China?' Adding to this he has also attacked the Congress party on the Arunachal Pradesh border issue.
