His release came shortly after the Supreme Court granted him bail until June 1. With his freedom, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party can now actively participate in campaigning for both the AAP and the INDIA bloc in the current election. The voting for Delhi's seven seats is scheduled for May 25.
