Vikas Dubey had threatened cops after he was tipped off about raid

Sources have told ABP News that not only was Vikas Dubey tipped off about a police raid in advance but had also threatened the Uttar Pradesh police of retaliation if they would try to arrest him. However, despite the threat, the police did not take it seriously and did not prepare for an ambush. Vikas had also told the locals of the village that the 'enemy' is about to attack him and hence, the locals should protect him. Watch this report.
