Vijay Mallya to be extradited as London HC rejects plea
In a huge jolt to Vijay Mallya, the London high court rejected his plea seeking to challenge his extradition to India before the Supreme Court of United Kingdom. The judgment came on Thursday and now the fugitive will be extradited to India. Now, Vijay Mallya has no legal options left for him in the UK. He will be extradited to India within 28 days.
