UP govt bans mobile phone in quarantine ward, faces flak from Akhilesh Yadav
Uttar Pradesh government has banned the use of mobile phones in the quarantine wards. In an official communique, the reason stated for this ban is that mobile can become a source of Coronavirus spread. However, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has slammed the move and called it a face-saving exercise by Yogi Adityanath government to ensure that no one can make videos of poor arrangements in quarantine centers.
