UP: 4 year old raped in Hathras, accused arrested

A 4-year-old was raped by a 20-year-old boy in yet another horrifying incident to emerge from Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. According to reports, the accused is the girl's family member.
The police have registered the case and the accused has been arrested. The victim has been sent for medical.
Earlier, a 19-year-old girl was gang-raped and the CBI is investigating the case.
