Twitter failed to comply with new IT rules, says Ravi Shankar Prasad

Union IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad recently talked about the social media giant Twitter losing legal protection in India. He said that they failed to comply with the new IT rules despite multiple opportunities, and deliberately chose the path of non-compliance.  The social media giant will now have to face penal actions just like other publishers.  Watch video to know more about the story.
