Speaker will decide NCP's leader: Legislature Secretary Bhagwat

Maharashtra Legislature Secretary Rajendra Bhagwat said that Legislature Secretariat has received a letter claiming that Jayant Patil is the Legislative Party Leader for NCP but the decision has not been taken by the Speaker yet. The decision will be taken by Speaker soon, there will no involvement of Legislature Secretariat.
"Confirmation of factual position is different than that of decision", added Rajendra Bhaghwat.
