Shocking or Misleading? Kim Jong-Un visits area hit by Typhoon Bavi

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited farmland affected by Typhoon Bavi, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported early Friday.
The report did not mention exactly when Kim's visit took place, but from the timing of the path of the typhoon, the release of the news and the lighting in the photos, it looks like the visit would have been late Thursday afternoon.
Typhoon Bavi had made landfall in South Hwanghae province early Thursday.
