Senior journalist Rohit Sardana passes away, Sumit Awasthi breaks down while sharing memories
Rohit Sardana, senior journalist and one of the top anchors of Hindi news channel Aaj Tak passed away on Friday.
Sardana had joined Aaj Tak in 2017 after he left Zee News. He hosted the debate show "Dangal" on Aaj Tak.
Rohit Sardana had contracted coronavirus almost a week ago and was undergoing treatment at Metro Hospital. Several journalists including his former colleague from Zee Network, Sudhir Chaudhry tweeted about Rohit's sudden demise.
