SC to decide tomorrow whether labourers will be paid wages for lockdown period
Supreme Court of India may pronounce a verdict on 12 June on whether the factory owners have to pay the migrants, wages for the lockdown period. With this order, it will be decided whether labourers will be paid for those 54 days when the factories remained shut due to lockdown. The factory owners are unwilling to pay for the duration of 29 March to 17 May.
