AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh was granted bail by the Supreme Court after the Enforcement Directorate decided not to pursue the case further. Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi represented Singh, arguing that there was insufficient justification for his arrest in connection with the alleged Delhi excise scam.
