Yesterday in a rally in Valmiki Nagar Gandhi said that effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakarna, and Meghnad are usually burnt in Dussehra but it was seen for the first time that effigies of Narendra Modiji, Ambaniji, and Adaniji were burnt on Dussehra in Punjab.
