PM Modi praises JP Nadda for Bihar win; emphasizes on BJP's growth

After registering thumping victory in Bihar elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at the Bharatiya Janata Party headquarters and attacked the polling process during "jungle raj". He spoke about the silent voters which were being talked about a lot during Bihar elections.
