Pahalgam Attack: TRF backtracks on responsibility claim as India hits back after LoC ceasefire violation
In a surprising U-turn, The Resistance Front (TRF), which had earlier claimed responsibility for the Pahalgam terror attack, has now retracted its statement. Meanwhile, Pakistan once again violated the ceasefire agreement along the Line of Control (LoC), prompting a strong and appropriate response from the Indian Army. Firing from Pakistani posts was reported at multiple locations on Friday night. In a major diplomatic move, India has ordered all service advisors from the Pakistan High Commission to leave the country by April 30. In a reciprocal measure, India will also recall its service advisors from Islamabad. These steps reflect the growing tensions between the two nations following the attack in Pahalgam and Pakistan’s continued support for cross-border terrorism.
