Need of the hour is to give money and not loans: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi was talking to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and other cabinet ministers via video conferencing during the inauguration of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. He praised the Chhattisgarh government for giving money directly to farmers. He hailed the decision and said that he had suggested same to centre as well.
