Nagpur traffic constable dragged on car bonnet for doing his duty

Traffic Constable Amol did not know that his habit of doing his duty diligently will cost him one day. In this report, we show how he was dragged on a car bonnet for at least half a kilometre when he tried to stop the man with a black film on his vehicle's window panes.
The visuals were captured on CCTV and hence it became easier for the police to arrest the accused.
