Mumbai Hit-And-Run Case: Accused Had 12 Large Pegs Of Whiskey Before Crash | ABP News
Mihir Shah, the accused in the Worli hit-and-run case, had consumed a large amount of alcohol before crashing his BMW into a couple on a two-wheeler, resulting in the wife's death. According to excise officials, Mihir and his friends had downed 12 large pegs of whiskey at a bar, with each of them consuming around four pegs. This quantity can keep a person intoxicated for up to eight hours. The officials reported that Mihir and his friends left the bar at 1:30 am on Sunday, and the accident occurred just four hours later, at around 5 am. Sources revealed to ABP News that Mihir had also consumed alcohol at two other locations before the incident: Vice Global Tapas Bar in Juhu and another establishment between Malad and Borivali.
