Mahadangal: Alok Sharma and Gaurav Bhatia Clash Over Election Commission’s Role and Rahul Gandhi’s Actions
In an intense discussion on ABP News’ Mahadangal Prime Time show, Congress spokesperson Alok Sharma accused the Election Commission of tampering with the voter list and lacking full transparency. He claimed that the voter list is not being made available in a digital readable format, raising concerns about possible election malpractice. Sharma warned this poses a threat to democracy and accused the Election Commission of working under political pressure. On the other hand, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia sharply attacked Congress and Rahul Gandhi. He said, “The entire country is watching how an immature, law-ignorant, chaotic, and destructive Rahul Gandhi is a major threat to the nation.” Bhatia explained that the Election Commission had allotted time for only 30 people to meet, but Rahul Gandhi violated this by sending 300 MPs, which led to chaos. Bhatia accused Congress of obstructing the Election Commission’s process and damaging its credibility by making false allegations. He added, “Rahul Gandhi lies, and so do his spokespersons. Making baseless claims without understanding the law is wrong.
