Lalu Yadav Breaks Silence On Bihar Not Getting Special State Status | ABP News

Reacting to the Union Budget 2024 presented by the ruling NDA at the Centre, former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav said that this is a disappointing budget. On not giving special state status to Bihar, Lalu Yadav said that the Centre has given a toy. Let us tell you that Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a special package for Bihar in the budget presented but special state status has not been given.  RJD chief Lalu Yadav, who returned to Patna from Delhi on Thursday, said on the general budget, "It was very disappointing. Nitish Kumar was left to play with a toy." Let us tell you that Lalu Prasad Yadav had gone to Delhi where his health deteriorated. After that he has reached Patna today. Tejashwi Yadav was also not present in the monsoon session till yesterday when the budget was presented in Bihar. Today he will be present in the assembly session. The ruling coalition had raised questions on his absence and even termed the opposition as leaderless.
