On not giving special state status to Bihar, Lalu Yadav said that the Centre has given a toy. RJD chief Lalu Yadav, who returned to Patna from Delhi on Thursday, said on the general budget, "It was very disappointing. Nitish Kumar was left to play with a toy." Tejashwi Yadav was also not present in the monsoon session till yesterday when the budget was presented in Bihar. Today he will be present in the assembly session. The ruling coalition had raised questions on his absence and even termed the opposition as leaderless.
