Know why don't migrants in Shimla wish to return home

Many migrants are working in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla but unlike other migrants, these workers do not wish to go home during the ongoing lockdown. The reason being that they have started getting work in the state itself. One of the workers, Shakti, had come to India from Nepal. He expressed how he would be able to work again and hence pay the bills.
