Kannuaj: Minor physically challenged girl raped, accused arrested
A physically challenged minor girl was raped by a youth residing in a village in Kannauj district. The family came to know about the incident when she reached her home covered in blood.
The accused has been arrested and the case is being investigated. The family alleges that the police registered FIR after higher officials intervened.
