J&K: Voting begins for DDC polls | Ground Report

The voting has begun for District Development Council (DDC) in Jammu and Kashmir amid the heavy security arrangements. Watch the ground report from the election center

The results will be declared on December 22.

Barely 48 hours ahead of the start of DDC polls in Jammu and Kashmir, two soldiers were killed in a terror attack in broad daylight just outside Srinagar on Thursday.
