Janhit: Munir Repeats Terror Doctrine, India Prepares for Any Strike During Amarnath Yatra | ABP NEWS

As the sacred Amarnath Yatra begins on July 3, India is on high alert following provocative statements by Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Asim Munir. In a speech just days before the pilgrimage, Munir described terrorist acts in Kashmir as a “legitimate struggle,” invoking international conventions and even linking terror operations to divine will. His statement, “They planned, and Allah planned—and Allah is the best of planners,” is being widely interpreted as an open call to militants. This isn’t the first time Munir has made such remarks. Just days before the deadly April 22 Pahalgam terror attack—where 26 Hindus were killed—Munir made similar comments glorifying Kashmir’s militancy. Now, with Amarnath Yatra approaching, security forces fear a repeat attempt to disrupt peace. Over the last 30 years, 36 terror attacks have occurred on the pilgrimage route, killing 53 devotees. India has responded firmly. Operation Sindoor, launched after the Pahalgam attack, destroyed terror launch pads in Pakistan’s Sialkot and Shakargarh. Surveillance has been tightened with drones, CCTV, and elite forces deployed across the 200-km Jammu border. The route is already declared a no-fly zone. The Indian government has warned Pakistan that any future attack would be considered an “act of war.” Despite the threats, Amarnath pilgrims remain fearless, confident in the security arrangements and divine protection. Pakistan’s repeated attempts to internationalize Kashmir through terror proxies are being seen as desperation—and India is ready with its new doctrine: swift, decisive retaliation.
